The recovery of ecosystems, the reduction of greenhouse gases and the decrease in illegal wildlife trafficking are some of the environmental benefits that this pandemic has left so far. 

Coronavirus is a serious human health and safety problem, but as individuals, businesses, and governments are changing their daily behaviors and patterns to contain (or avoid) the virus, there have also been environmental effects that are being beneficial. The world was concerned about climate change. "We will reach a point when the state of the Earth is irreversible", we said. Now, due to the coronavirus and the confinement imposed in most countries of the world, the contamination has dropped dramatically, thanks to the fact that the giant industries have been forced to decrease production as a consequence of the pandemic, the reduction in the number and frequency flights between many destinations around the world, or the suspension of large concentrations and sporting, social and cultural events, as well as the precautions to which citizens are submitting in their particular movements; This situation that we are experiencing is bringing as a consequence a decrease in the level of polluting gas emissions. Likewise, faina has benefited from the temporary prohibition of trade in these species and the reconstruction of their habitat. Furthermore, CODIV-19 has taught us that nature is reborn without us, and that it is possible to stop climate change but it is not possible to follow the lifestyle we used to have.  

The quarantine of some countries such as Italy, which has made the streets remain alone,and has led to the return of animals. In Venice, the water in the canals looks much clearer due to the lack of turists and gondola traffic. Its calm has allowed schools of fish of various species to emerge from their hiding places. In addition, it has increased the number of swans traveling the pipes. However, it is feared that the measerus taken by the authorities and the factories to stimulate the aconomy and the return of workers to the factories will once again increase polluting emissions above historical averages in their quest for financial recvery;; With this quarantine time, we are left with the teaching that if we take a break, nature can recover it is now up to the rulers to propose strategies to perserve the planet.
